This block of 10 apartments was the second of 4 projects for a repeat client.

Blueprint had to revise the approved planning scheme to meet building regulations internally and coordinate structural requirements due to the existing rag stone construction. Blueprint also provided onsite assistance for the clients first on-site construction project.
