Being involved in the continuing regeneration of Folkestone has provided Blueprint with several projects of vary size and variety.

The infill site is made up of residential and commercial space as part of the Dehaan Trusts commitment to Folkestone. Blueprint worked as part of the construction team for a Design and Build project. The bespoke nature of the project lead to a plethora of detailing including decorative fins to the glazing, bespoke metal staircase, circular external study for artists and framing/display to an original art piece by Banksy.
